It's been well more than a year since I updated this thing. Not that I haven't been drawing and sketching...just that nothing has been really super awersome...or good enough to put up here. I've alot of stuff I need to scan and put into scraps tho. We'll see if I have time for it.
I'm applying for a new job! Yipee. It'll only likely be for the holidays but I need to get out of this house and have a life. I'm tired of being stuck here all the time and feeling lonely. My husband got promoted at his second job (at the movie theater) so he gets to do what all the little peons dream of: run the projectors! Which I kinda think is pretty darn nifty. He's happy with it. And the pay is marginally better.
I just returned from two weeks back East. My daddy had surgery. He pulled through and is doing well *Thank Heavens* I submitted my B/M piece for the short story conest...I'm going to start work on NaNoWriMo...albeit I'm already what...two days behind? ACK! Darn anime, how dare you distract me! (We got Mermaid Forest, Fushigi Yugi, Rumiko Takahashi Anthology, Adventures of the Mini-Goddesses, Wolf's Rain Collection II, Escaflowne the series, and Haibane Renmei all in the mail while I was gone...so I've been on an anime Binge if you will!)
At least I'm hooked up with some good tunes to take me into the writing mood. We also got the Noir 1 soundtrack and the Fullmetal Alchemist Complete Best soundtrack.
Also on the list are cleaning the house, doing some family history research, and catching up on all the great deviations of the peeps I've faved and watched.
